Haeyeon is breeding flounder in a way that maintains the rapid growth and disease-resistance of the fish.

Flounder from Jeju boasts high output and great safety management, and was selected as a Global Quality Product by the Korean government in 2005 for great flavor and quality.

Based on this high quality, Jeju flounder's export base expanded to the world, to countries such as Japan, U.S., China, Malaysia, and Singapore. Today, Jeju flounder accounts for 95% of all Korean flounder exports.
